Catch Up with The Communications Coach: New Episode, Insights, and Updates
It’s been a while since I last shared an update, and I’ve been involved in some exciting projects that I’m eager to tell you about.
Cut Through the Noise – Latest Episode
In the latest episode of Cut Through the Noise, I had a thought-provoking conversation with Rosie O’Neill, Sustainability Manager at An Post. An Post is one of Ireland’s most prominent communications companies, and we explored how sustainability and biodiversity are embedded in their core values.
Our discussion touched on several important areas:
What comes to mind when people think of An Post.
The importance of not only what you do, but how you do it.
Creative ways to approach biodiversity initiatives.
Balancing aspirational goals with what is practical for your business.

Let’s Go Green – Extending the Life of Your Clothes
On this week’s Let’s Go Green, I was joined by Aoife Dunican, also known as The Style Bob. We discussed practical ways to extend the life of your clothing, with Aoife sharing tips on caring for your wardrobe to keep it looking great for longer.
We also took a closer look at Budget 2025. I spoke with Laois IFA Chairman Henry Burns, who provided the farming sector’s perspective, and Caroline O’Doherty from the Irish Independent on the climate measures included in the budget.
You can catch Let’s Go Green every Monday at 7 pm on Midlands 103, or tune in on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Speaking at Thriveabetes 2024
Last weekend, I had the honour of speaking at Thriveabetes 2024. Living with an invisible disability has shaped the person I am, and sharing my journey with a room full of inspiring people living with Type 1 Diabetes was a privilege. A huge thank you to Grainne Flynn and the team for organising such a meaningful event.
I’d also like to thank the Midlands Park Hotel for being such fantastic hosts – and for the amazing gluten- and dairy-free desserts!
