Fired up, grateful, and celebrating community
This week left me energised. A client messaged, “Thanks for today, fired up,” which is exactly the momentum I love to see from coaching. I also had the privilege of hosting the Offaly Community and Voluntary Group Awards, a powerful celebration of meitheal in action. I am gearing up to share practical microphone techniques at PSA Ireland later this month, and on Let’s Go Green we are linking health, transport and nature friendly farming. Here is the roundup.
Client Wins and Feedback
One of my coaching clients summed up our latest session perfectly when she messaged afterwards to say, “Thanks for today, fired up! FYI I’m on leave next week but I’ll join our call. Too important to miss.”
That kind of feedback means so much. Coaching is about unlocking clarity and confidence, but it’s also about creating space for momentum, that spark that helps you communicate with impact long after the session ends.
If you’d like to start 2026 feeling just as energised and equipped to communicate your message clearly, I’d love to help you do that, simply reply to this email and we can set up a call.

Celebrating Community; Offaly Community & Voluntary Awards 2025
I had the honour of hosting the Offaly County Council Community and Voluntary Group Awards 2025 this week at the Tullamore Court Hotel.
The evening was a beautiful celebration of meitheal, that uniquely Irish spirit of neighbours coming together for the common good. From biodiversity champions and youth leaders to cultural custodians and sports volunteers, every finalist embodied the best of Offaly’s community spirit.
Congratulations again to all of this year’s winners and nominees, and thank you to Offaly County Council for recognising the people who quietly make such a big difference across the county every day.
As we race toward year-end, many business owners find themselves in reflection mode:
Did I show up clearly?
Did my messaging land?
What would I do differently next year?
If this sounds like you, then now’s the time to get intentional.

This Week on Let’s Go Green
On this week’s Let’s Go Green on Midlands 103, we’re exploring the powerful connections between health, transport and nature-friendly farming.
Dr Caoimhe Clarke of the Climate and Health Alliance and Irish Doctors for the Environment joins me to discuss their new report, Active Travel: The Magic Pill. It focuses on why walking, cycling and reducing our reliance on cars should be seen as public health priorities, not just transport choices.
We’re also joined by Margaret Edgill of Mount Briscoe Farm, a Farming for Nature Ambassador, to talk about her work in regenerative agriculture and how nature-based farming can help build resilience and reconnect communities with the land.
Tune in every Monday night at 7pm on Midlands 103 or listen anytime wherever you get your podcasts. Let’s Go Green is sponsored by EirGrid Group, supporting informed conversations on climate, health and sustainability across Ireland.
Let’s make 2026 the year your voice leads the way.
Warmly,
Aisling
