New Season of Cut Through the Noise, Communicating with Clarity in the Age of AI

After a short break, Cut Through the Noise has returned with a renewed focus on helping you communicate with clarity in a rapidly changing world. I created this podcast to give business leaders and professionals practical tools that strengthen their messaging, sharpen their visibility, and build trust with their audiences. Season 10 is now underway with two new episodes available, and episode 3 arriving next Tuesday.

This season looks at how artificial intelligence is reshaping communication and productivity. After twenty years in Irish media, I am seeing expectations shift faster than ever, and it has never been more important to adapt with confidence while keeping authenticity at the centre. Below is an overview of the first two episodes.

Episode 1, How AI Can Help Us Communicate Better Without Losing Our Voice

AI is transforming how we work, create, and connect. For many business owners, the challenge lies in using these tools well without losing the human connection that strong communication relies on.

In this episode, I explore how AI tools can support your workflow while ensuring your voice and judgement remain in control.

You will learn,

  • When to use AI as a creative partner instead of a replacement

  • Why building a workflow should come before investing in new tools

  • How to keep your AI use safe and ethical

  • How to maintain your own tone, even when technology is involved

Episode 2, Productivity, Digital Focus and the Habits That Help Us Lead

This week, I spoke with productivity expert Liz Hardwick of DigiEnable. Liz offers a grounded and practical perspective on productivity, reminding us that it is not about jumping from one new AI tool to the next. Instead, it is about auditing and improving the systems you already have.

The episode is full of actionable advice and I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation.

We explore,

  • How to use AI in a way that genuinely enhances productivity

  • Why a digital review is essential for staying focused

  • The value of understanding your own work patterns

  • How to build long lasting systems that support you during busy periods

In our YouTube only bonus content, Liz also shares her top AI productivity tips for 2026. These insights are particularly useful if you are planning for the year ahead. Watch here:

Looking Ahead

Episode 3 will be released next Tuesday and continues our exploration of communication, leadership, and the role of technology in modern business. I will be joined by Julie Creffield who will share how she has used AI to grow her business to new heights.
