Let’s Talk: Confidence, Clarity & Conversations That Stick

This week I want to share a little more about something close to my heart—The Clarity Collective.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked with business owners, speakers, and leaders who are brilliant at what they do—but still feel unsure when it comes to how they communicate.

How to tell their story.
How to speak with confidence.
How to cut through the noise.

That’s exactly why I created The Clarity Collective—a year-round mastermind designed to help you build a communication strategy that actually works.

We meet once a month on Zoom for 90 minutes. Each session dives into practical, focused topics like:

  • Storytelling that converts

  • Crisis communication

  • Content creation strategies

  • Speaking and video confidence

Alongside that, you’ll get access to tailored templates, tools, and expert feedback—all designed to help you connect, convert, and communicate with clarity.

💡 If you’ve ever felt like your message isn’t landing, or you're unsure what to say and how to say it—this is for you.

👉 Sign up for the full year and receive a 30% discount.

📞 Not sure if it’s the right fit? I’m happy to hop on a 10–15 minute call to chat it through—no pressure.

🎧 Cut Through the Noise – Season 8 Coming Soon

The podcast is taking a short break, but I’m already looking forward to kicking off Season 8 of Cut Through the Noise on Monday 27 May—all going to plan!

We’ll start with a solo episode where I’ll be diving into something I feel strongly about: internal communications, and why it needs to be a priority for leaders at every level.

Then, I’m joined by some fantastic guests to explore big topics around leadership, inclusion, and connection:

  • Seyi Agbede on DEI and what inclusive leadership really looks like

  • Andrea O’Grady on prioritising mental wellness as a core part of your communication strategy

  • Alec Drew on leading multigenerational teams and communicating across age and experience gaps

If you haven’t caught up on previous episodes, now’s the perfect time to dip back in.

Let’s Go Green – Celebrating Biodiversity Week 🌱

This week on Let’s Go Green on Midlands 103, we’re shining a spotlight on Biodiversity Week 2025—a time to reflect on the beauty of the natural world around us and the small changes we can each make to help protect it.

I was delighted to be joined by:

🕊️ Niall Hatch of BirdWatch Ireland, who spoke about the magic of the dawn chorus—that early morning burst of birdsong we often take for granted. He explained why it’s such an important part of Ireland’s wildlife calendar, and how tuning in (literally) can help us reconnect with nature.

🌼 Ricky Whelan from Offaly County Council shared practical, down-to-earth advice on how to become a more biodiversity-friendly gardener. Whether you’ve a sprawling garden or a window box, there are simple things we can all do to make space for bees, birds, and other wildlife.

🦋 And Lisa Doyle from Laois County Council gave a full run-down of events happening across the midlands for Biodiversity Week—from nature walks to family-friendly workshops and community clean-ups. There’s something for everyone, and it's a great opportunity to get involved and learn more about local conservation efforts.

At a time when the climate conversation can often feel overwhelming, these kinds of local, actionable steps remind us that change doesn’t always need to be big to be meaningful.

📻 Let’s Go Green airs every Monday at 7pm on Midlands 103 and is available to listen back on your podcast platform of choice.
Proudly sponsored by EirGrid Group, supporting informed conversations on sustainability, community resilience, and climate action in Ireland.

Happening This Weekend: PSA Ireland – Resonate: Make Your Message Stick

Your voice is strong—now let’s make it unforgettable.

The next PSA Ireland event takes place on Saturday 17 May, and this one’s all about speaking that connects and resonates.

We’ll hear from Michelle Mills-Porter, PSA National President, who’ll be leading a workshop on collaboration and how to bring more of your natural strengths into your speaking and business.

Michelle shared something that really stuck with me:

“Our ordinary could be someone else’s extraordinary. When we show up with what only we can offer, the value becomes exponential.”

Also on the agenda: a showcase by Sarah Daly, Business Consultant & Executive Coach, and plenty of time for networking over coffee and pastries.
